英文before和ago的用法(Usage of before and ago in English)

英文中，before和ago均為表達過去的副詞，before可以不與時間單位連用而獨立存在，意思為｢以前｣；而ago則是表示｢(多久)以前｣，必須與時間單位連用而不能單獨存在。
