英文seems that/seem to用法(Usage of seems that/seem to in English)

seems that的意思與seem to相同，都是表達｢似乎...｣、｢好像...｣，但用法兩者並不一樣，但彼此間可以代換。

seems that需要以it為虛主詞，用來填補主詞的空缺。

It seems that +S+V~.=S+seem(s) to be/原形動詞/ have 過去分詞~.

It seems that Tom likes Mary.=Tom seems to like Mary.(Tom好像喜歡Mary)

It seems that Alex didn't pass the exam.=Alex didn't seems to pass the exam.(Alex好像沒通過考試)
